1.2 Online form storage,
Any Personal Data that you provide to The Scilly App Company through the online form on our website, is captured and stored on our online database and held on secure servers inside Europe provided by Wordpress.  This information will be held securely on this server and we undertake that the information shall remain in that secure location with access limited to The Scilly App Company and The Software Farm (save for any purposes as stated below in 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5).  The Software Farm are based in the UK and are the developers of this application, they will access the online form data only in order to provide technical support.  To view their data protection policy please visit their website www.thesoftwarefarm.co.uk/data-protection-policy.  

1.3 Storage of hard copy versions of online form
We may need to print off the Personal Data you have provided to us on the online form for accounting or legal obligations to which we are subject.  Where this is the case information will be kept in a secure office on The Isles of Scilly with access only available to data managers.  

1.4 Use of personal data
We may use the Personal Data that you provide us with to provide you with ongoing information about the On Scilly app and related offers. We will not sell, transfer or disclose this personal data to other companies or individuals (except for the technical support purposes outlined in 1.2).  

1.5 Personal Data retention
The personal data you supply to us when you submit an online form may be stored both electronically or in hard copy for a minimum of 24 months from when we receive your form or longer where necessary to comply with our statutory business functions or to comply with our accounting practises or any legal obligations.  

1.6 Access Rights and updating Information
